Thats the reason why i ASK, i try to find a friendly Resolution. If this isnt possible, i Must go an other way

Try tomorrow at normal opening hours, busy guy.
Ordered some bumper caps, light bulbs, rubber rings and other stuff, had it within two or three days.
Problem was the payment via the shop, got the parts with a bill and payed forward.

So... not always a problem

So busy that he cant answer in between 2 Weeks. Crazy

It is a physical shop, went there couple of months ago to buy some parts.
Bit chaotic, though they have a lot of parts in stock.
Did not place a mail order..

Did you try to call them?
