Dear Ladies & Gentlemen

We will soon begin the production of what may be the most exciting pinball
machine we have ever made - Transformers. *I am writing to tell you about
this game, prior to an authorized press release. *This email is not for your
posting.

We have a great game with a great licensed theme, executed by a great
designer and development team.

The Transformers pinball game is based on the 3 movie series. *Since the
first Transformers movie was released in 2007, the series has grossed
$2.5 Billion USD worldwide. *The latest movie, Transformers: Dark of the
Moon, has already grossed $1 Billion, with 70% of that outside of the United
States.

Transformers lends itself to great toy design and mechanical action game
play. *The Transformers movies are based on characters that can transform
from cars to robots. *Autobots (good guys) battle Decepticons (bad guys).
Players choose whom they want to be at the beginning of game play.

Game designer George Gomez was our natural choice to bring the world of
Transformers to life as a pinball machine. *George is a great pinball
designer, having designed among other games our Lord of the Rings and Batman
along with Williams Monster Bash. *He is a great toy designer, making toys
for games in our industry and for the conventional toy business.

The Transformers game that George and his team have designed adheres to our
recent earnings philosophies as well as providing a lot of mechanical action
game play.

We will begin production of our Transformers Pro model for deliveries to our
export markets in September. *Thereafter we will begin production for North
America. *The Transformers Pro price remains unchanged from our last models.

I am attaching a picture of the Transformers Pro game.

We will follow Transformers Pro with Limited Edition games, in the later
half of October. *There was a shortage of our last Limited Edition game.
Our production capacity approaching the holiday season is limited. *This
year we are planning to make 250 of our numbered maximum of 500 Transformers
Limited Edition games.

In addition to these 500 Limited Edition games, we will also make 99 Autobot
Designer's Limited Edition games and 99 Decepticon Designer's Limited
Edition games. *These too will be numbered, with 99 games being the maximum
of each model.

The balance of the Transformers Limited Edition games will be made later in
2012.

We will contact you with the prices for each of the various Limited Edition
games.

The list of contents of these Transformers games is extensive. *I am
attaching a Features and Benefits chart, subject to adjustment, for the
Transformers Pro and each of the Limited Edition models. *Some of the terms
are in what can be best described as Cybertonian language, or Transformers
words. *Your players and customers familiar with Transformers will know
these words; soon so will you.

We have been making many improvements in our product and its marketing; you
will see more improvements in our upcoming models. *I would like to tell you
about just a few included in Transformers.

Many of you have seen our YouTube teaser about Transformers, creating
excitement already. *Transformers pinball will have QR codes on the game.
You have seen these on many products, advertisements, etc. *The player will
discover the QR codes during game play and by using his smart phone be able
to access a website with changing information, power ups and related
features.

Transformers will feature very high resolution digitally printed full
cabinet decals. *These are made of the same material as silk screened decals
on video game cabinets but at higher resolution and color depth.
Not only will these look better than our cabinets in the past, cabinet art
damage will be more easily repaired.

You know we have begun to use LED's for control lamps in our Limited Edition
games. *We are expanding the use of LED's to general illumination lamps on
Transformers Limited Editions.

We will be contacting you for orders, discussing delivery for you. *We will
also have available in smaller quantities Tron Pro, The Rolling Stones Pro,
Avatar Pro and Big Buck Hunter Pro.
