Just wanted to warn people, i ordered a jamma to scart and image positioning board off smallcab.net.
When i installed it in my arcade i build aroind this system i noticed jittering every few seconds, so i contacted the technical service.
After allot of discussing the checked out there boards and saw i was right.
I asked them if i could get a partial refund since it had a manufacturing flaw.
The offered to take the items back for a refund.
I explained that i build the arcade around those boards and needing to return them would men i would have to replace the screen, and that i would even be happy with a refund the same amount that shipping would have cost them otherwise.
But they said they didnt care, so please people spare yourselves weeks of frustration trying to deal with these people and just steer clear.
Hope i could save someone the frustration i have felt the last couple of weeks.

Re: Better stay away
I understand your frustration, but since they offered to take the items back for a refund it may not be all bad?
I thought Jamma to scart can also be done by wiring? RGB and sync are present, and the rest is 5V to a contact. A friend of mine did it once and it was only wiring to the correct pins. He then played the video game on the TV.
I wish you success anyway.
